The purpose of this Refund Policy is to fully outline the conditions for a return or refund of any product or service purchased on or through the Website.

Except as otherwise set out in this Refund Policy, all sales are final, non-refundable, and as-is, with no warranties of any kind, including warranties of quality and fitness for a particular purpose. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis and at the sole and full discretion of Kevo.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of digital content, including access to digital content from Kevo, for a refund within a period of 14 days. Once you have initiated the process to refund your purchase, you will no longer have the right to access to any digital content.
